FROZEN- wrap up
Microphones - Ms. Florio is working with Dream Works company to assess our inventory of microphones and needs.
Godspell - vote on $$ to support show, concessions and t-shirt sales - Nancy made a motion and Kelsi seconded, a budget was voted of $1000 for the Senior show, Godspell. A chain link fence is requested by students. Amanda will look into her own. Students have raised through their own fundraising $632.00. Not much else has been requested from boosters.
Top of the World Parade - activity form?? March 5th details to follow; need student signup
9 to 5 - try to get banner and t-shirts for March 5th; production fees were recommended and voted on to be $40 which will include t-shirts and reusable water bottles (Nancy shares a product vendor- cost is 3$ (?) ,
silent auction update - Randi and Tara will head this
Banquet May 15 2PM at EAST Lake Country Club - will hold a committee meeting in February (Nancy to head)

HANDLES Production fees, T-SHIRT ORDERING - Nancy will get screen print for Godspell along with banners, and 9 to 5 by March 5.

Tech week for 9 to 5 do not need as many snacks we still have a ton of snacks in the closet
Fundraising - This is usually a separate position. Board has been collaborating on future ideas. Someone is needed for this position. We would like to explore reaching out to local senior citizen centers to advertise and explore contacts who can arrange group tickets and transportation to the productions.
Carwash - Kelsi Black
Next car wash will be February 27 and March 27 (Activity form has been completed for these dates)
Sign up will be emailed to parents in the next week. Donations for hose, towels, soap, volunteers needed. Bella will create the student sign up.
Program Sponsorships - Open
Costumes- Kristin Gallagher
Assisting with Godspell costumes. We would like to create a Post show sign up for costume cleaning/return and laundering. Parents are needed to assist with this in future shows. This should occur with each show.
Props - Natasha Gallaty -
A sign up is requested for an adult who is familiar with the productions to support and monitor back stage where students need direction and facilitating hic ups. At least 3 are recommended.
Tech week adult monitors needed for 9 t0 5. To be planned.
Tech/Set Bryan Stotts - Not present;
Publicity Open - Discussion was had regarding scheduling Peach Jars for upcoming productions (Dani Rossi scheduled for Frozen) , advertised to area Middle and High schools. A student publicity team is really beneficial to hand out flyers prior to all productions. We should look into scheduling the road Marquee sign for less days ahead of 9 to 5 and post the gofan.co link with dates -
Silent Auction - Tara Allen and Randi Horton -NOT PRESENT plans for 9 to 5 auction
Ms. Florio-
Level 2 Volunteers needed for Saturday, Feb.12 for Godspell. 9-3pm at school.
Also Godspell is Friday, March 4 and Saturday, March 5. They WILL have an intermission so concessions are possible. .
Need water and oranges and apples and bananas for two Saturdays, Feb. 19 and 26 as we are DANCING for 9 to 5.
Need help in getting the students excited about the OTOW parade, Saturday, March 5.- time???

Climbing Harness (to fly Hart)
2 Toilets for our bathroom stalls
1 Water Cooler
CASTORS need to be purchased (10 desks-= $400) Boosters will pay for this, Ms. Florio has the vendor in Oldsmar.

Remember the “invited dress” on April 28. Please help us have an audience. Broadway Star of the Future will be reviewing us then. - A recommendation was made to invite the ELHS staff to this. (Amanda to create email invite from ELHS ALL STAFF)
Student Officers-
Bella - NOT PRESENT; Godspell Buttons will be ordered by Amanda from “STICKER MULE” vendor, 47 are needed. They come in bulk 50+ for price of $31.
Boosters hope Thespians can get points for attending parade, make mandatory for Seniors and they can wear their Godspell costumes.
