Katy will send email with the minutes and open positions/interested people asking that anyone interested respond to her by Monday June 8. On June 8th, Katy will email the ballot out and request all votes be submitted no later than Monday June 15th. Then new officers/positions will be announced at the July 6th Boosters Meeting.

Shrek - We have no word “yes” or “no” from the school if we would be allowed to hold the show in August but that would be the earliest. Air Conditioning system in the school is being replaced this summer and will not be functioning till Tues Aug 4. As of now, the first day of school is Wed Aug 12th. We will hold off on Shrek discussion and the possibility of performing something Shrek related until the July 6th Boosters Meeting when we will hopefully have more guidance one way or the other from Mrs. Haley and the school district. If anything, sometime in August would be the timeframe.

Banquet - Delay discussion/decision till July 6th meeting. Right now Cypress Run is allowing 60 person capacity. It was agreed to not hold it for seniors only. At the July 6th meeting we will see if Cypress Run capacity restrictions have been lifted, discuss possible dates/venue/alternatives to the traditional banquet at a Country Club along the lines of a meet-up somewhere less formal and more casual just to be able to gather together as the Drama group again.

Senior Scholarships - Boosters will be awarding Senior scholarships this year and approved the same amount as last year. Brad Brady will create the Senior Scholarship in “Jot Forms” an electronic submission platform. Ms. Florio will email it out to all seniors listing the FIRM DEADLINE for submission of Monday, June 8th, 2020 along with contact info for Leona for anyone who can’t submit electronically. No late submissions accepted, as has always been the case. Leona will confirm via email to each senior who submits by the deadline that she has received their application. Leona will coordinate the Scholarship program this year, keeping the Booster Officers updated. (“Jot Forms” can be used to complete and submit completely online. If someone needs to print and fill out on paper they can drop it to her house by the deadline.)

Stoles - White graduation thespian stoles have been ordered and should be available on Tuesday June 2. Seniors can come and pick them up from the Cunningham residence across from ELHS at 3014 Charolais Ct. Tarpon Springs, FL 34685. They will be in a bag with last name on it. Once they are ready Ms. Florio will email the seniors to let them know.

Treasurer George Curbelo did not attend the meeting. Olivia will communicate with him to coordinate getting things squared away and processing all outstanding payments due and receipt reimbursements so that The Treasurer function can be turned over by the July 6th Boosters Meeting.

Secretary Katy Cunningham - Will send out minutes and email to parent list.

Concessions Leona Wells/Nancy Lofredo - Minimal snacks left at concessions, they had not shopped for Shrek yet thankfully.

Fundraising Kris Robinson - March 8th Car Wash brought in $1050 and Menchies Night in March brought in $100.
