Microphones Update – Brad: Vote to approve approximately $4200 to purchase 10 new ear mics ($350 each) and 25 cables ($35-40 each). Vote was passed by unanimous vote.
Shout-Outs for Dolly Program Deadline was today - Katy Cunningham/Kaitlyn Fig: Very good response although too many in the last hours of the day. Next time set deadline earlier and change format options so not as complicated to create. Kaitlyn doing all formatting.
Drama Website - Kaitlyn Fig: Board voted to approve WIX website for Drama Dept at $20/mo.
Blues Festival - Still waiting for some $ to come in.
Costumes: (Olivia Lunsway) It is getting done with lots of help!
Props: (Jen Lotti) Taylor Willis working with Jennifer on props.
Fundraising: (Elaine LaPierre) New sponsor received -SKILS Inc. Karen Ondash. Car wash was a great success.
Concessions: (Leona Wells): Calendar being made up to give kids re food for Hell Week.
Tech/Set Director: (Brad Brady) Will have more building days
Publicity: (Kim McLeod) Electronic Signage arranged and so are Marquees.
Ms. Florio requested $200 to pay for workshop and space for NYC trip. Was voted and passed, she said she would share information with the other theater students not attending field trip
Boosters Officer/Committee/Board Openings for 2019-2020 school year (Publicity, Fundraising, Secretary, Vice President, President, Board Member). Elaine discussed positions and for everyone to think about what they may like to get involved with.
Write up detailed steps of fundraisers and/or events you have handled/coordinated for next year to make it easier for next people.
DOLLY Sign Up Genius food dates needed-send out very soon. Katy will send this out once she has the food info from Concessions girls.
